Our Foundation & Purpose

Founded in 2012, the Academy of Labor and Social Relations is a modern, private, non-profit institution of higher education. We were established under the auspices of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, building on a long tradition of advocating for workers' rights and social equity.

Our core mission is to prepare the next generation of leaders with a deep understanding of labor dynamics, social policy, and human resource management. We operate with full recognition from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring our programs meet the highest academic standards.

The Academy is officially established by the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan to provide specialized higher education.
