How do I connect to the campus Wi-Fi?

On your device, select the "ALSR-Secure" network. When prompted, enter your full university email address and password. For detailed, device-specific instructions, please refer to our connection guides.

Can I get help installing software for my courses?

Yes, the IT Help Desk can assist with installing university-licensed software required for your coursework. Please bring your device to our service desk during operating hours for support.

What should I do if the technology in my classroom is not working?

Please call the IT Help Desk immediately from the classroom phone or your mobile phone. Provide the building and room number, and we will dispatch a technician to assist you as quickly as possible.
